Program overview
Our full Massage and Bodywork program is a 620-hour certificate that combines classroom instruction with supervised clinic experience. Over approximately 32 weeks, you study anatomy and physiology, myology, pathology and medical terminology, business and ethics, and multiple massage techniques. Classroom learning and hands-on supervised practice complement each other so you graduate with both knowledge and applied experience.
At the Institute of Massage and Performance (IMP), we believe massage therapy is more than a profession. It’s an opportunity to transform lives, improve human movement, support recovery, and build a rewarding career in the rapidly evolving health, wellness, and performance industries.
Hands-on learning
Small classes, expert instruction, and regular applied clinic hours put technique and professional readiness at the center of training.

Structured, supervised clinic hours let you practice real sessions with instructor feedback so you build confidence and stamina.

Coursework covers core sciences plus business and ethics so you're ready to work with clients and communicate with healthcare professionals.
Leadership and experience
Co-founders Bill Parisi and Seth Forman built IMP’s curriculum with a focus on sports, orthopedic and performance-oriented massage. Full biographies and supplied headshots are preserved on the Meet Our Team page.
